We have come to plant mostly Darwin Hybrid tulips on the farm as they are the most reliable and strong bloomers for us. They typically make huge flowers and put on quite the spring show. Hakuun drew me in as a choice this year due to its stark whiteness that glistens and glows. White is always a nice contrast color in a garden. This one gets to be 18-22" tall.

Plant tulips 6" deep and 3-6" apart, depending on how close you want your flowers. Well drained soil is very important for all fall bulbs.
