Product Details

Perhaps the best species of Iris for the South, Siberian Iris are the easiest to grow and maintain here. I chose Caesar's Brother as I have a very fond memory of WOOFing in New Zealand on an avocado farm and they had striking intermittent plantings of this blue iris around the farm. This one will definitely imprint in the memory! It also works very well planted around a water feature. Happy in a sunny to part shade site (some shade might be beneficial with our wicked hot summers), this one just needs consistent moisture and ideally slightly acidic soil. These are easily divided after a few years time to create an abundance of them in your yard. They bloom early to mid-May in our climate.

Height: 18-20"

Width: 18-24"

Spacing: 18-24"
